Assalamu aleykum wa rahmetullah dear parents and caregivers.
It has been a very interesting term however I would firstly like to thank all the families and students for their resilience, patience and flexibility in adapting to another round of online learning.
To ensure Qur'anic education remained a strong focus, we have been undertaking live classes with your child throughout the term in order to sustain the authentic face-to-face experience we would have normally benefitted from on school campus. Students have been doing well and enjoying their lessons. We have also seen some pleasing progress using this format and am pleased to say that we have not witnessed any major regression in student levels.
Although the road has had its own challenges, I would like to leave us all with an axiomatic verse and reminder from the Holy Qur'an that seems very fitting for our current situation:
"But perhaps you dislike a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows while you know not" (2:216).
