This has been a very productive term for our Turkish students in the Primary grades. We have enjoyed learning about a wide range of topics, exploring areas such as types of transport; family and relatives; exciting holiday destinations in Turkey; and learning about animals. In addition to this, students have been taught about the different grammatical and writing features that are required for writing good sentences and stories. The younger students also had the opportunity to extend their knowledge of the Turkish language by practicing how to match pictures to their names and exploring the sounds of letters in the Turkish alphabet. We had fun learning the numerical values and how to count in Turkish.
I wish everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday and hope to see everyone refreshed and ready for the start of Term 4.
