2B Visit the Zoo!

Thursday 26th September was a day filled with animals, excitement and new learning! Year 2 visited Taronga Zoo and learnt about many unique and wonderful animals!

2B took part in an educational workshop based around dreaming stories. Dreaming stories are an integral part of Aboriginal culture. In the Taronga Zoo workshop students were immersed in a natural environment and enjoyed native animal encounters.

The day was enjoyed by all and when we got back to school we wrote all about our adventures!
