Creative Arts Term 3 2022

In term 3, our students have learnt the topic 'Classical Music' focusing on European mainstream music of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

Our students have consolidated skills in conventional staff notation and graphic notation through various learning activities in listening, performance and composition. In practical lessons, our students have used the correct keyboard technique to perform and record excerpts from masterpieces by famous composers including Mozart and Beethoven. In composition, students have designed graphic scores for classical excerpts and created a standard composition of 16 bars.
